Equipment Revitalization: a short Case Study

One of our customers recalled almost 70 machines from numerous locations, and delivered them to our facility for the purpose of retrofitting them with updated controls and new servo units. pāco manufacturing and the customer had spent two years designing and prototyping the equipment’s next iteration.

Some of these machines, built by pāco manufacturing, had aged over 30 years. These machines were reduced to their base frames, re-finished and painted, retrofitted with the new servo units and the latest in controls components, and shipped back to their respective locations. These machines not only sported a new look, but were also all updated to the same revision level encompassing technological advancements and the customer’s newest standards.
